Nice job!

Did the same job last year, but I installed a Ronco 12 gallon tank under the V-berth.
Spent a lot of time and effort on that job. Really a pain in the butt but really came out nice.

We did this on my boat - mast up! I went the route of getting a little larger diameter pins, re-drill the hole.
You do have to be out of the water though.
Should only take you a day to do the repair.

Worked like a charm.

Boat is only supported in four spots under where the cross beams attach to the main hull - Thats all
For 1500 miles - I would sail it North! a lot less trouble, at worst it will take you two weeks.

Usually ship as deck cargo. I am pretty sure a 1000 will never fit in a shipping container.
You will need the original shipping cradle in order to do this.

Mast also goes as deck cargo.

Don't quote me but I have heard that boat has a "history" behind it. You may want to do a little research about an incident a few years back where a boat wound up on the rocks at Marina Del Rey.

Those hatch cover also degrade very quickly from the UV Rays too.

You can always swap the halyard end for end when it wears. If you cut the excess you lose that ability. Also the extra halyard length can act as a spare shroud if you ever need to replace a shroud.

Colligo makes a great mooring bridal system for trimarans.

The mooring lines never tangled and there was never any chafe on the lines.

If you are on an exposed mooring, this is a must. Great product.
