Motor Bracket

I had a difficult time finding the original outboard motor bracket. I wanted to install the original outboard motor bracket in order not to drill new holes in the transom. There are discussions of installing different motor brackets in the old forum.
I found that the Garelick Model 71057 is very similar to my original motor bracket (if that one was the original). I have a 8HP 2 Stroke Yamaha.
I was glad I replaced it, the backing plate was all rusted.
