removing sheaveboxes

I've tried to remove the sheaveboxes for the swingwingcable at the end of the aka's.
In this proces i broke two bolts and the box didn't came out because of the strong bond of the sikaflex adhesive between box and aka.
I want them out and replace them because they're worn and the sheaves won't turn any more, so there is a lot of friction during folding out/in.
I'm going to replace the cable too.
Any tips how to get them out easily without breaking things?
