You do not need to remove the table top if you have the boat out of the water. It was recommended to me by the yard to leave the table in place to prevent possible leakages. Lower the centreboard, take out the bolt and lift out the board. It is then easy to feed new lines through using the old line ...

Not sure of the exact height - it varies throughout the cabin (920 extreme). I am 1.71 m myself, and can stand straight up in most of the cabin, approximately up to the front of the table. I would estimate the maximum height is just shy of 1.80 m, but I haven't measured it. You'll be OK near the kit...

Regarding forestay replacement - We had our forestay replaced this summer due to a furling drum failure. I would recommend letting a rigger do it if in any doubt - ours was replaced with mast standing in about 2 hours. The rigging material (forestay, drum, profile) is otherwise no different than for...
