through hull dimensions

The ball valve on the head intake through hull needs to be replaced. I'm not certain how to measure the through hull to spec a replacement. It looks like 1" straight pipe thread, but that seems unlikely since everything else on board is metric. Does anyone here know the size, or know how to det...

Help rigging bow sprit?

My manual lacks any diagrams for how to rig the bow sprit. Does anyone here have instructions, photographs, or diagrams they can share? The line for lowering the pole is run, but the pole itself is currently detached from the boat.

Thanks!

I used a cheap intex pool raft as a work platform and was able to replace all four stays with the boat docked normally. The first pair took about three hours, mostly due having to re-adjust the stays when I'd over-tightened them. The second side was much easier and took about two hours.

It turns out that the underside of the deck organizer is not just solid threaded glass. There are stainless t-nuts under the deck into which the bolts screw. Unfortunately the adhesive used on the t-nuts has given way and a few of them fell down to the headliner when I removed the bolts from above. ...

Headliner Removal?

The headliner on my 920 is held in by some sort of fastener, but all I can see are these little plastic caps. Do they just pull off? Is there some sort of trick? I don't want to break them. I'm trying to get to the underside of the deck organizer to replace the sheaves, but I haven't been able to fi...

Thank you!

I ordered them from Quorning via Richard Suriani. He sent me an order form and they are mailing them to me now. It took under a week.

My local rigger could have made them, but it would have taken just as long since they don't keep metric swage studs on-hand.

Replacing waterstays in the water?

We just purchased a used DF920 and are excited to join the Dragonfly family. Somehow we ended up with only three waterstays. My best guess is that the rigger mislaid it when disassembling the boat for shipping to me. Here's the question: Can the waterstays be replaced in the water or does it have to...
