Lower Rudder Bushing
Hi everyone. Has anyone had experience changing the lower rudder bushing from the brass one to something else such as Acetal or other solution? The issue for me is I replaced the brass bushing 2 seasons ago and its already worn down significantly. I dont really want to be changing it every season an...

Bowsprit Downhaul System
Hi everyone.
We had our downhaul line fail/block failure on our bowsprit downhaul. Looking to replace the blocks with a low friction ring setup as it is mostly taking static load.
Anyone upgraded their downhaul system in a similar way?
Cheers
Mark

Outboard Control Cables and Anchor Mount
Anyone know the length of their outboard throttle/gear control cables? We currently have what look like overly long cables that are coiled inside the back stowage hole and seem to be the cause of our issues with selecting reverse. I am wondering what length the cables should be and whether short 3ft...

Re: Can I change the centreplate control lines while afloat?

On ours a previous owner had clearly broken a line and tied in a new one whilst it is afloat so worst case you could take that approach as a stop gap. It is very easy to...

Pivot Bolts on Amas. Replacing
20230502_160717.jpg Hi everyone. We are hauled out at the moment for a short pitstop to replace the antifouling and have taken the Amas and Akas off to inspect everything. Anyone replaced the pivot bolts on the Amas and knows how this is done on a DF920 Extreme? They seem to be bonded into the hull...
