Warning about SAFECO INSURANCE

Recently, an old guy who probably used to know how to pilot his boat but is now losing his marbles, hit my boat while tied to my dock.
I'll post pics of the damage to my starboard V berth locker bulkhead tabbing.

SAFECO INSURANCE denied the damage.

Next time you buy/renew insurance, please don't go with this company !!
