Rig tension old DF 25

Hi
I have recently bought an old (1983) DF 25. Plenty of things to fix and do.
Most pressingly is to make sure the rigging is sound. I have set the rigging on my monohull several times, but never on a multihull.
The lee shrouds are very loose (flopping around) when the sails are loaded up. Is this normal? I can tension the backstays by hand enough to get them loose. The front diamondstay is also loose.

Does anyone have any input on how much to tension this?
