Glossary of technical details

I think it is quite difficult to discuss technical details of these boats without drawings and/or photos and without a common language and glossary.
Especially it might be difficult for us whose English is not too good.
I would like to get something like Wikipedia where it is possible to add words and explain those. All in English and run inside this forum.
This might also help to increase forum's activity.

This is the most comprehensive glossary I've seen!

We don't have a critical mass here (just one niche boat).

I think it would be a lot of time, and guessing at which words need translation.

The people who post here seem to do a very job with English and if you struggle with English I respect you for your efforts. Please feel free to ask for clarification if any of the words and phrases aren't clear in meaning.

What I would find helpful is a translation of Danish words in the Dragonfly drawings and manuals.

Nautical dictionary

Many years ago (2001) I did create a nautical dictionary
English - French - German (http://www.dragonfly-trimarans.org/efg.htm)
Deutsch-Englisch-Franzoesisch
Français-Anglais-Allmand

to help those who don't know all the correct English terms.

You'll find it when clicking above on Home and then you'll see the links in the left-hand navigation column.

I suppose one could build on this, adding more DF specific words and the link could be put directly on top of the forum's navigation bar.
