Water in cabin ceiling

When sailing in pre season it is chilly during nights, (about 5 to 10 degrees Celsius) and the moisture from the sleeping crew condenses to water in the cabin ceiling. This happens mostly over the bunk in the bow. And the water drips down into the front shelves.

I'm thinking of adding some insulation to the ceiling, sides and shelves bottoms.

1) Has anybody done this?
2) Will it help?
3) What is the best insulating material to use?
4) What kind of glue is recommended?

Ventilate and add heat.

You need to get rid of the moisture.
Crack the companionway and find a way to heat the interior.
