Ronstan (Frederiksen) 19 series batten car system spares

Problems with Ronstan RC11966 batten cars. The ballway of End Cap 891858 is worn out and the balls does not roll nicely any more. They are jammed to each other and the car does not move smoothly.
I have tried to find spare parts, but nothing yet. Any help?
