DF1200 manufacturing years and quantities

In what years was the DF1200 manufactured? Based on the For Sale ads I have seen, I think it was 2000 - 2006 but would like to verify this.
Are the quantities in each year or in total known? And any breakdown on configuration, e.g., aft cabin layout, engine size, etc?
What other production options were available?
