beneath mast step

Greetings everybody,

Anyone removed mast step - looking to reseal so 4 screws removed and still solid is there any attachment from below or does it just sit in sikaflex ?

On a 920 the screws are in solid glass with nothing else. the sealant is all around the mast step and between the mast step and the base. When my mast step was replaced, Quorning supplied massive screws. I would increase the size of the screws if you are replacing original.
